As the Marketing Associate, I oversee the creation, coordination, and implementation of all initiatives to promote the NYSAF brand and public performances and events.
I took the account from 3,800 followers to 7,000 + in one year. During the 2024 Summer Season (July 16-August 4), followers grew by 13%, and I boosted visibility by 64% by posting consistent reels, graphics/photos, and running advertisements in the Hudson Valley.
These are a few examples of emails I send out to the full New York Stage and Film Mailing List to drive ticket sales
Video
These are some videos I created to promote New York Stage and FIlm on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
2024 Summer Season
“Travel to Poughkeepsie With Us”
This reel highlights how a train from Grand Central to Poughkeepsie for a New York Stage and Film performance would be worth it.
Farewell 2024 Summer Season
“Liz’s Pre-Show Speeches”
The intention behind this video was to highlight our mission while also uplifting our Intermin Artist Director’s last Summer Season.
END-OF-YEAR CAMPAIGN
“Developing the Tapestry of American Story Telling”
Featuring the leaders of New York Stage and Film to highlight the importance of donating to the organization.
Tiny Mic Interview
“Tiny Mic Interview with @beltingbons, @ava.briglia, and @quinnvanantwerp from THE BAD NEWS BEARS, A MUSICAL Residency!”
This interview shed light on Artists-in-Residence, who develop their new story without a public-facing performance. This casual-style video was a strategy I implemented to give our audience a glimpse into our programming they don’t normally see.
NYSAF ON STAGE 2023-2024
“A Tour of NYSAF’s Legacy on the Marquees”
Highlights New York Stage and Film’s Alumni projects On and Off-Broadway.
New York Stage and Film Gala
“Welcome to New York Stage and Film: A Night to Remember”
Showcases moments from our 2023 Annual Gala at the Plaza Hotel, including reception, step & repeat press photos, and special performances.
I design posters, brochures, rack cards, and everything in between for all events and promotional activities for New York Stage and Film
